This Privacy Policy describes how Vrosh ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Vrosh (the "App"). Vrosh is a running and fitness tracking application designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
1. Age Requirement
Vrosh is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at paoruning@vroshart.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Nickname, profile avatar image, and account preferences when you create or edit your profile.
- Running Activity Data: Run titles, distance, pace, duration, elevation, route selections, training plans, workout logs, and personal notes you enter about your runs.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Photos captured or selected from your library, voice memos recorded through the microphone, text notes, feedback submissions, and route reviews.
- Communications: Feedback, reports, and support requests you submit through the App.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Usage Data: Features accessed, pages viewed, interaction patterns, session duration, and crash logs.
- Network Information: IP address, connection type, and general geographic region derived from IP address.
2.3 Information from Device Permissions
- Camera: Used to capture live photos during or after your run for your training journal. Access is requested only when you choose to take a new photo.
- Photo Library: Used to select existing photos from your device to attach to run logs or update your profile avatar. Access is requested only when you choose to pick a photo.
- Microphone: Used to record voice memos about your running experience. Access is requested only when you initiate a voice recording.
- Network: Required for loading route imagery, syncing data, and displaying web content such as terms and support pages.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Vrosh running experience
- Display your training statistics, run history, and achievement progress
- Personalize your training plans and route recommendations
- Respond to your feedback, reports, and support requests
- Enforce our community guidelines and content policies
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
4.1 Content Standards
Vrosh allows users to create and share content including photos, voice memos, text notes, and route reviews. All user-generated content must comply with the following standards. You agree NOT to post, upload, or share any content that:
- Sexually Explicit Material: Contains nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive imagery, or any content of a sexual nature. This includes but is not limited to explicit photos, suggestive poses, sexual commentary, links to adult content, or any material that sexualizes individuals.
- Disturbing or Graphic Content: Depicts graphic violence, gore, mutilation, animal cruelty, self-harm, or any imagery or descriptions designed to shock, disgust, or cause psychological distress to viewers.
- Gambling: Promotes, advertises, or facilitates gambling activities, betting services, casino games, lottery schemes, sports wagering, or any form of games of chance involving real or virtual currency stakes.
- Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances: Promotes, glorifies, sells, or provides instructions for the use, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or misuse of legal substances including prescription medications.
- Political Content: Contains political campaigning, propaganda, partisan political statements, election interference material, or content designed to influence political opinions or outcomes. Vrosh is a fitness community and political discourse is not permitted.
- Discrimination and Hate Speech: Attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. This includes slurs, stereotypes, dehumanizing language, and calls for exclusion or violence.
- Harassment and Bullying: Targets specific individuals with threats, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention, doxxing (sharing private information), stalking behavior, or sustained campaigns of abuse.
- Terrorism and Extremism: Promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, radicalization, or violent acts motivated by ideological beliefs.
- Fraud and Deception: Contains scams, phishing attempts, misleading health claims, fake identities, impersonation of others, or deliberately false information intended to deceive other users.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties without proper authorization.
- Spam and Commercial Solicitation: Consists of unsolicited advertising, promotional material, chain messages, pyramid schemes, or repetitive content posted to disrupt the community experience.
4.2 Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any user-generated content that violates these standards at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:
- Removal of offending content without prior notice
- Temporary suspension of content creation privileges
- Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law
Users may report content that violates these standards using the in-app Report function. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
4.3 Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content on Vrosh, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services. You may delete your content at any time, which will terminate this license except where copies have been made by other users in accordance with App functionality.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Vrosh, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to users.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your running data, preferences, and drafts are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. GDPR Rights (European Economic Area Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to Restriction: Request restriction of processing of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data based on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of our contract with you, (c) our legitimate interests in improving and securing our services, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Local data such as drafts, saved routes, and blocked user lists persist on your device until you delete the App or clear App data. You may request account deletion at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
9. Your Choices
- Device Permissions: You can revoke camera, photo library, or microphone access at any time through your device Settings. This may limit certain App features.
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account through Settings > Delete Account. This removes your profile and associated data.
- Content Removal: You can delete your run logs, photos, voice memos, and drafts at any time within the App.
- Blocking: You can block other users to prevent seeing their shared routes and content.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.
11. Children's Privacy
Vrosh is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
